Our most popular Bronze Membership is available for just £29.95 per month and it provides access to our gym facilities during our operating hours, and one free credit to be used on group training and fitness classes. With this plan, you also get 50% off on PAYG classes once you use up your free credit.
Memberships are non-refundable, there’s no contract however, and memberships can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice after the first month. There’s a one-time £5 membership joining fee. We also understand that life can get busy, so we offer the flexibility to freeze your membership from 4 weeks up to 10 months if needed.
Please note that access to the squat racks area is limited for one hour in the evenings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, around 6.30-7.30pm, and 6pm -7pm, while our Group Strength Lab and Lifters Club sessions take place. When planning your evening solo workouts, please check the exact session times.
Need Extra Motivation?
If you're interested mainly in classes, the best way to start is by purchasing a £5 First Class credit, no membership required, which can then be used to book any of the classes.
Some classes get booked up, but our waitlist system is pretty effective and helps to optimise the spaces in the classes in case of cancellations. At the moment classes can be booked maximum two week in advance and we have a 2 hour window cancellation policy.
In addition to our membership plans, we offer personal training options tailored to your fitness goals. Our experienced trainers provide one-on-one sessions to help you achieve performance, muscle gain, weight loss, or health goals. Are there any special rates for seniors?
Yes! We offer specialized 60+ Class Passes for individuals over 60 years old. These passes are designed to cater to the unique fitness needs of our senior members.

We offer a variety of classes including Strength Lab class, Lifters Club, Boxing Fitness, Runners Club, Calisthenics, Yoga, Suspesion Trainer & Kettle Bell class and Conditioning Circuits class.

Personal Training Services:
Do you offer personal training?
Absolutely! We provide both one-to-one and group personal training sessions. Our experienced trainers can help you achieve your fitness goals in a friendly and supportive environment.
How do I schedule a personal training session?
You can schedule a personal training session by contacting us via phone, email, or in person at the gym. We'll match you with a trainer that best fits your needs and schedule.
Facilities and Equipment:
What kind of equipment do you have?
Our gym is equipped with a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment suitable for all fitness levels. This includes free weights (squat racks, dumbbells and kettlebells), functional training equipment (like medicine balls, sand bags, battle ropes, sled and more), cable machine, assisted lat pullup and dip station, cardio equipment, incl. rower, treadmill, spinning bikes and assult bike.
Are your facilities accessible for people with disabilities?
We strive to make our facilities as accessible as possible, however our gym cannot be accessed by wheelchair users. Please contact us directly to discuss any specific needs or accommodations.
Policies and Procedures:
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for personal training, and 2 hours for fitness classes cancellations to avoid any charges. For membership cancellations, please refer to your T&C's or contact us directly on arletaontrack@gmail.com
Is there an age restriction for gym use?
For safety reasons, members must be at least 16 years old to use the gym facilities independently. We offer specific classes and programs for younger individuals, such as our boxing fitness for kids (coming soon).
