Each plan offers different benefits tailored to your fitness needs. We also have day passes (£8) and week passes (£12) available for those who want to try out our facilities.
Yes! We offer specialized 60+ Class Passes for individuals over 60 years old. These passes are designed to cater to the unique fitness needs of our senior members.
Class Types and Schedules:
We offer a variety of classes including strength lab, boxing fitness, calisthenics, high energy class- Energy Blast, Yoga, Suspesion Trainer class and Conditioning Circuits.
Our classes are unique and tailored to every individual, ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention and guidance. All our strength and conditioning group training sessions are original and designed with the specific needs of our local community in mind. This approach allows us to create a supportive and effective environment for everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

The best way to start is to purchase a £5 First Class credit, which then can be used to book any of the classes. To purchase the First Class credit please click on memberships secion. To book the class, navigate to Classes section using the same link.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
Personal Training Services:
Absolutely! We provide both one-to-one and group personal training sessions. Our experienced trainers can help you achieve your fitness goals in a friendly and supportive environment.
You can schedule a personal training session by contacting us via phone, email, or in person at the gym. We'll match you with a trainer that best fits your needs and schedule.
Facilities and Equipment:
Our gym is equipped with a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment suitable for all fitness levels. This includes free weights (squat racks, dumbbells and kettlebells), functional training equipment (like medicine balls, sand bags, battle ropes, sled and more), cable machine, assisted lat pullup and dip station, cardio equipment, incl. rower, treadmill, spinning bikes and assult bike.
We strive to make our facilities as accessible as possible, however our gym cannot be accessed by wheelchair users. Please contact us directly to discuss any specific needs or accommodations.
Policies and Procedures:
We understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for personal training, and 2 hours for fitness classes cancellations to avoid any charges. For membership cancellations, please refer to your T&C's or contact us directly on arletaontrack@gmail.com
For safety reasons, members must be at least 16 years old to use the gym facilities independently. We offer specific classes and programs for younger individuals, such as our boxing fitness for kids (coming soon).
Contact Information and Operating Hours:
We're open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
Please note, there's a limited access to squat racks in the evenings on some weekdays, for one hour, when our Group Strength training sessions are held. When planning your evening sessions, please check the exact times for these sessions here.
