Arleta is an athlete with volleyball and boxing background. As a strength coach, her mission is dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance their movement capabilities, cultivate resilient bodies and minds, alleviate or eliminate daily discomforts, and foster holistic physical and mental growth.
Laertis Vortolozis
Laertis, also known as Lart is a personal trainer with a diverse background. He offers a unique hybrid training style that integrates weights, calisthenics, bodyweight movements, mobility exercises, and nutrition strategies. His comprehensive approach is designed to help individuals achieve their body goals effectively.
Sharon competes in Masters athletics (Long Jump and Sprints), A highly experienced Yoga teacher and Sports Massage Therapist alongside UK Athletics Coach and Strength and Conditioning, including Olympic Weight-lifting for Athletes. Through a caring, nurturing and fun approach Sharon helps individuals and teams/groups find solutions which enable them to meet their goals and or achieve high performance within their chosen sport. Sharon’s experience of working with soft tissue injuries enables her to offer guidance for training/returning to training following injuries as well as programming training to reduce the risks of injuries from Sport.
Louis specialises in bodybuilding and powerlifting, working in a simple but intense fashion to help achieve body transformations for his clients.
He competes in powerlifting and uses his knowledge of compound exercises in a compassionate and pro active way to help people shape their bodies and minds.
Frankie specialises in Strength, Mobility and Mindset. She wants her clients to feel their best, enjoy the movement that they do and have a positive relationship with themselves. Exercise did not come naturally to Frankie so she knows how intimidating the gym can be and she is here to guide you. Frankie is an active Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete.

We're open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
Please note, there's a limited access to squat racks in the evenings on some weekdays, for one hour, when our Group Strength training sessions are held. When planning your evening sessions, please check the exact times for these sessions here.
