Whether you're interested in using our space for individual workouts or joining the group training and classes, we have all the membership options to fit your style.

Please note:

Access to the squat rack area is limited for one hour on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while our Group Strength training sessions take place. When planning your evening solo workouts, check our timetable.

Payments for the membership are not refundable, but there's no contract and the membership can be cancelled any time giving one month notice.

CLASS PASSES


If you're interested in trying out one of our classes, without a Pay Monthly commitment, you can book your First Class for just £5. Then purchase class credits whenever you need them.  To book your First Class, simply purchase the First Class credit, and then apply that credit toward any class or group training session.
