One to One Boxing and S&C Training
We are thrilled to be offered this fantastic opportunity to train with a top-tier professional boxing coach, who has over 25 years of experience, and achieve real transformations, usually reserved to elite athletes.
Whether you want to elevate your boxing skills to a top level, get bigger or smaller, stronger and faster, then there's no better expert than the one to whom sports performance and strength and conditioning training is bread and butter.
Boxing Fitness
In our high-energy Boxing Fitness Class expect a full-body workout that combines cardio, bag work, shadowboxing, and conditioning drills. You’ll practice jabs, hooks, and uppercuts in non-contact routines.
Perfect for all fitness levels. No experience required.

Private Group Boxing Training
These Boxing Training private sessions are designed for those who are serious about learning how to box. Whether you’re looking to learn boxing skills from scratch or refine your technique, these sessions are perfect for you. Please note, this is not a BoxFit-style class, but a genuine boxing training experience that also serves as a fantastic way to get fit and strong. Sessions are lead by professional boxing coach.
Currently we offer two sessions per week, every Wednesday 5.30pm-6.45pm and Saturday 5pm-6.15pm
Boxing Fitness is an incredible way for kids to stay active, build confidence, and develop important life skills like discipline, focus, and resilience. It’s also the perfect stepping stone for those aspiring to become future boxing champions!
Our Kids Boxing Fitness classes are led by a fully qualified England Boxing Coach, holding both DBS and Safeguarding certificates. Rest assured, your children will be learning in a safe, professional, and supportive environment.
📅 Mondays at 5:15 PM: Age group 5-9 years
📅 Thursday at 5:15 PM: Age group 10-14 years

We're open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
Please note, there's a limited access to squat racks in the evenings on some weekdays, for one hour, when our Group Strength training sessions are held. When planning your evening sessions, please check the exact times for these sessions here.
