Lifters Club focuses on mastering the big, main lifts—squat, hinge, lunge, and press—helping you refine your technique, build strength, and boost confidence.💪
Who’s it for?
This class is perfect for anyone with some experience in strength training and a solid foundation in basic movement patterns. It’s also a great stepping stone for our seasoned Strength Lab goers looking to progress further.

Meet Your Coach:
The class will be led by Louis, a personal trainer, weightlifting coach, and powerlifter himself! With his expertise, you’ll get the guidance and encouragement you need to excel.

We're open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
Please note, there's a limited access to squat racks in the evenings on some weekdays, for one hour, when our Group Strength training sessions are held. When planning your evening sessions, please check the exact times for these sessions here.
